By booking or participating in a Glow Boats Kayaking tour, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Tour Participation
Glow Boats Kayaking provides guided clear kayak experiences in coastal waters near Anna Maria Island and surrounding areas of Bradenton, Florida.
All tours are guided and take place in natural outdoor environments. Routes, launch locations, and tour flow may change at the discretion of the guide due to weather, wind, tide, water conditions, or other safety considerations.
2. Safety Requirements
Participant safety is our top priority.
Guests must:
Follow all instructions provided by the guide
Wear provided safety equipment when required
Act in a safe and respectful manner toward others
Glow Boats Kayaking reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any guest engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior. Removal from a tour due to misconduct will not qualify for a refund.
3. Physical Condition & Assumption of Risk
Kayaking is a light physical activity conducted on open water.
Participants should be in suitable physical condition for light paddling and entering/exiting a kayak. By participating, guests acknowledge that outdoor water activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to:
Changing weather conditions
Water conditions
Wildlife presence
Physical exertion
Participation is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.
4. Wildlife & Nature
Glow Boats Kayaking operates in a natural coastal environment where wildlife may be present. Sightings of dolphins, manatees, fish, birds, and other species are common but cannot be guaranteed.
Guests must maintain a lawful and respectful distance from all wildlife. Touching, chasing, feeding, harassing, pursuing, or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.
Manatees and other marine wildlife are protected under federal and Florida law, including but not limited to:
The Marine Mammal Protection Act
The Endangered Species Act
The Florida Manatee Sanctuary Act
Any guest who attempts to touch, harass, pursue, or interfere with protected wildlife is acting independently and in violation of the law.
Glow Boats Kayaking is not responsible for unlawful actions taken by a participant. Guests who violate wildlife protection laws may be subject to fines, criminal penalties, and/or imprisonment in accordance with state and federal law.
Failure to follow wildlife protection laws or guide instructions will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
5. Weather Policy
Tours take place outdoors and are subject to weather conditions.
Glow Boats Kayaking reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours due to unsafe weather, wind, lightning, or water conditions.
If a tour is canceled by Glow Boats Kayaking for safety reasons, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
Light rain or typical Florida weather conditions may not result in cancellation.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking platform used.
Guests are encouraged to cancel or reschedule as early as possible.
Late arrivals, no-shows, or missed tours may not qualify for refunds.
7. Arrival Time
Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled tour time for check-in and safety briefing.
Late arrivals may miss the tour and may not be eligible for refunds.
8. Photography & Media
Glow Boats Kayaking may capture photos or videos during tours for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.
If a guest prefers not to appear in media, they must notify the guide prior to the start of the tour.
9. Personal Property
Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. Glow Boats Kayaking is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
10. Agreement to Terms
By booking or participating in a Glow Boats Kayaking experience, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
